"Today the vegan nutrition is completely a normal and indispensable part of my life. My aim is to give my customers the joy of exercise and to show them how to achieve their desired figure efficiently. I also show how easy it is to integrate healthy and tasty food into the daily routine."AMBASSADOR NADJA SPRING4FIT ON INSTAGRAMMy name is Nadja, I am a fitness coach and blogger, I was born on 08.11.92 and live in Zurich. A few years ago I started weight training with the aim to look like one of those fitness models. Ambitious and full of energy I trained several times a week for several hours in a small, private studio mainly with the barbell and a few devices. However, the quality of the equipment left a lot to be desired. Accordingly my creativity was required. I tried several exercises in all possible variations. The results showed up only after a short time. I came gradually away from the initial pressure to go to the studio, as training was more and more fun with success.
Today it's hard to imagine being without the weekly workouts. Weight training is my passion. But there is more to this concept than just physical activity. In the last few years I have personally developed myself enormously and I owe a lot to the new, sporty lifestyle. I have become fitter and stronger, and eat healthy and tasty food. But this mainly after the switch to a plant-based diet in 2017.
For ethical reasons, I have decided to switch to a vegan diet. At the beginning, however, I was very skeptical and afraid of losing my muscles and suffering from numerous deficiency symptoms. Therefore I contacted a vegan bodybuilder from Germany. She showed me that muscle building and healthy lifestyle is also possible in a vegan way. That gave me courage and so I changed my habits step by step. Today the vegan nutrition is completely normal for me and not to be excluded any more.
Concerning muscle building and training I noticed many advantages, especially in the ranges of energy metabolism and regeneration. I have definitely built up muscles and that with a percentage of less fat. Today I wonder why I didn't change my diet earlier, at least to a plant-based diet. The change to a plant-based diet gave me a lot of knowledge.
In order to understand the connections even better, I am currently training to become a holistic nutritionist in order to be able to provide my clients with holistic care. I have also completed various training courses at the Swiss Academy of Fitness and Sports, including fitness trainer. Because fitness and nutrition belong together, I integrate the nutrition consultation directly into the personal trainings.
You can book individual lessons with me or also monthly subscriptions, during which I actively support my clients for a certain time and pass on my well-founded knowledge. My aim is to give my customers the joy of exercise and to show them how to achieve their desired shape efficiently. I also show how easy it is to integrate healthy and tasty food into daily life.
The training takes place in a personal training studio in Zurich, at the clients' home or outside. Further information about me and my services can be found at: www.spring4fit.ch Thank you & greetings Nadja
