The careful handling of personal data is very important to us. NAKEDFOOD.CH Ltd adheres strictly to the legal regulations for processing and use.

When you place an order, your personal data will be transmitted to us. For security reasons they will be transmitted encrypted using the SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer). This is a proven and secure data transmission method on the Internet. Please note, however, that data transmission on the Internet can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against access by third parties is therefore not feasible.

USER ACCOUNT

In order to place orders via our webshop NAKEDFOOD.CH, the customer must open a password-protected customer account. This contains an overview of the orders placed and active order processes. Customers can also comment on our products - some of this information contains personal data (first name).

The customer must log out of the online shop. NAKEDFOOD.CH Ltd assumes no liability for password misuse unless this was caused by the operator himself.

The customer can change the data in the customer account himself. We store the personal data primarily for optimal order processing and do not pass them on to other companies. Exception: the service provider who brings you the ordered goods will, of course, receive your address. The data passed on in this way may only be used by the recipient to fulfill his task. Any other use of the information is not permitted.

ORDERING PROCESS

In the following, we will explain in detail for what purpose and to what extent we collect, process and use personal data. In the following cases we need personal data, namely:

  • when ordering payments via Datatrans (Postfinance, VISA, Mastercard, Powerpay, Twint) and Paypal
  • when shipping with Swiss Post or forwarding agent
  • when contacting us by e-mail or post
  • subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter


By opening a customer account, by clicking on the appropriate checkbox or by sending your comment, the following data which are requested in connection with our services for the granting of a consent, you grant us that we may collect, process and use the personal data accordingly. These include:

  • Payment data
  • E-mail addresses
  • Voluntarily: date of birth, phone number


We need the personal data of our customers in order to identify you as our contractual partner, to open and manage a customer account, to send the order and to contact you if necessary.

CREDIT CHECK ON PAYMENT BY INVOICE POWERPAY/MF-GROUP

With the PowerPay monthly bill, you can pay your online purchase simply by invoice. As an external payment service provider, MF-Group/PowerPay offers the payment method "payment by invoice". When concluding the purchase contract, PowerPay takes over the resulting invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. In order to guarantee your security one of the third-party providers, the latter carries out a credit assessment before concluding a contract. Your personal data (name, address, date of birth) will be sent to PowerPay - MF Group - P.O. Box 336 - CH-9004 St.Gallen during the credit check. REVOCATION

Of course, you can revoke the permission for the use, processing and collection of data at any time by sending us a corresponding message to info@nakedfood.ch - the customer account will be deleted afterward. However, this does not apply to the data required to process a current order. Upon receipt of your objection, we will no longer use, process and transmit the data concerned for any purpose other than to process your order, nor will we send advertising material including our catalogs to you.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

For the future, we reserve the right to send you an e-mail newsletter at appropriate intervals to your e-mail address, which may contain information as well as advertising content relating to our products. However, you will always have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter, for example by simply sending an e-mail to info@nakedfood.ch or by clicking on the corresponding link in the respective newsletter.

USAGE DATA / PROFILES / COOKIES

Some data is collected when you use our website. The following applies to such usage data:

When our Internet pages are visited by registered users or simple Internet users, we store certain data in so-called log files.
