WITHDRAWAL / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products that are unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect condition can be returned to us with an explicit explanation of the reasons for a withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Postage costs shall be paied by the customer. Please always enclose the delivery note or a copy as well as a payment slip or your account details.

As soon as the returned goods arrive in our warehouse, we will credit the money to your bank or postal account. We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if you notice any deficiencies in our products, please let us know within 24 hours. In case of transport damage, please report the incident to Swiss Post and us (within 24 hours). We will contact you as soon as possible.

In order to open the PDF files offered for download, you need an additional program, such as Adobe Reader, which you can download free of charge from the Internet. The current version of Adobe Reader can be found here.
