SHOPPING & DELIVERY
Our aim is to supply you with products of the highest quality. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order. Depending on the screen settings, photos can be displayed differently in the online shop (color and size). Only the product descriptions and their content are authoritative.
You can view, change and delete your order in your account at any time by clicking the back button or by deleting your order completely. As soon as you place your order with NAKEDFOOD. CH, you will receive an automatic confirmation from us to the e-mail address you have provided. With the delivery and acceptance of the order, a contractual relationship is concluded between you and NAKEDFOOD.CH. Orders on advance payment we store 15 days ready for dispatch in our warehouse and deliver immediately after receipt of payment. Orders cannot be accepted by telephone.
In case of transport damage, please report the incident to Swiss Post and us (within 24 hours). We will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery within Switzerland is made by Swiss Post. You can choose whether the parcel is sent with Postpac Priority or Postpac Economy. When purchasing, you can pay the amount by means of online banking, prepayment or payment slip (MF-Group/Powerpay, administration fees CHF 2.90). The order will be shipped by us after receipt of payment.
PAYMENT
You can pay with the PostFinance Card, VISA, MASTERCARD, Paypal (info@nakedfood.ch), Twint, advance payment (Postfinance account: 14-355723-2 IBAN: CH1109000000143557232) or by payment slip (MF-Group/Powerpay, administration fees CHF 2.90). The prices published by us are binding and include the statutory value-added tax. If there is suspicion of fraudulent intent, an order can be canceled by us.
INVOICE PURCHASE (POWERPAY)
With the PowerPay monthly invoice, you can easily pay your online purchase by invoice with the partial payment option. As an external payment service provider, MF-Group/PowerPay offers the payment method "Payment by invoice". When concluding the purchase contract, PowerPay will take over the invoice and settle the corresponding payment terms. In case of purchase on account, you accept the general terms and conditions of PowerPay in addition to our general terms and conditions. (powerpay.ch/AGB)
You will receive the monthly invoice in the following month by post (+/- 15 days after the end of the month). In the case of partial payment, at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount shall be paid per month.
Please note that there is an administration fee of CHF 2.90 per invoice.
Under this agreement, MF-Group/PowerPay grants you a consumer credit in accordance with Art. 12 KKG, provided that you make use of the partial payment option and there is no reason for exclusion in accordance with Art. 7 (1) KKG.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products that are unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect condition can be returned to us with an explicit explanation of the reasons for a withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Postage costs shall be paid by the customer. Please always enclose the delivery note or a copy as well as a payment slip or your account details.
As soon as the returned goods arrive in our warehouse, we will credit the money to your bank or postal account. We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if you notice any deficiencies in our products, please let us know within 24 hours. In case of transport damage, please report the incident to Swiss Post and us (within 24 hours). We will contact you as soon as possible.

All products distributed by NAKEDFOOD.CH GmbH are subject to the strictest controls of the respective manufacturers. In this case, the respective manufacturer is solely liable for the quality of its products. With your order you accept that NAKEDFOOD.CH GmbH cannot be prosecuted for any complaints or complications.

Your data necessary for the processing of business transactions and dispatch by Swiss Post will be stored. The careful handling of your personal data is very important to us. NAKEDFOOD.CH strictly adheres to the legal regulations during processing and use. In some cases we may require personal information from you, in particular:

- when contacting us
- subscribe / unsubscribe newsletter
We use the personal data in detail for the processing of orders, delivery of goods, payment and to inform you about orders, products, services and offers. On your personal NAKEDFOOD.CH customer page you can make changes to your data yourself. We primarily store personal data for optimal order processing and do not pass them on to other companies. Exception: the service provider who brings you the ordered goods will of course receive your address. The data transmitted in this way may only be used by the recipient for the fulfilment of his task. No other use of the information is permitted. Of course, you can revoke your permission to use, process and pass on the data for marketing purposes at any time by sending us a corresponding message. However, this does not apply to the data required for processing your order. Upon receipt of your objection, we will not use, process and transmit the data concerned for any other purposes than the processing of your order, nor will we stop sending you any further advertising material, including our catalogues. When you place an order, your personal data will be transmitted to us. To prevent them from falling into the wrong hands, they can transmit them in encrypted form using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method. This is a proven and very secure data transmission method on the Internet.
